जानिये क्या है पूरा मामला
हॅालीवुड स्टार्स एंबर हर्ड और जॅानी डेप की मुलाकात 2009 में हुई थी। कुछ साल डेट करने के बाद दोनों ने साल 2015 में शादी कर ली थी। यह शादी ज्यादा दिन नहीं टिकी और साल 2017 में दोनों के बीच तलाक हो गया था। मामले ने तूल तब पकड़ा जब एंबर हर्ड ने एक अखबार में लेख के जरिये यह बताया कि वे घरेलू हिंसा की शिकार हुई थी। इसी के बाद जॅानी डेप ने हर्ड पर 50 मिलियन डॅालर का मानहानि का मुकदमा दायर किया बदले में एंबर ने भी जॅानी पर कई गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए 100 मिलियन डॅालर का मुकदमा किया था।
जॅानी डेप पर हर्ड के गंभीर आरोप
एंबर हर्ड ने कोर्ट को सुनवाई के दौरान यह बताया कि जॅानी ड्रग्स का सेवन करते हैं और उसी दौरान वे हिंसक हो जाते हैं उन्होंने कई बार उनके साथ मार-पीट भी की आगे उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि साल 2015 में उन्होंने डेप का भयावह रूप दिखा जब वे अपनी फिल्म की शूटिंग खत्म करके ऑस्ट्रेलिया पहुंची जहां जॅानी डेप “पाइरेट्स ऑफ़ द कैरेबियन-5” की शूटिंग कर रहे थे।
हर्ड के कथन के अनुसार जॅानी ने उन्हें अपने साथ ड्रग्स लेने के लिए कहा जिस पर उन्होंने मना कर दिया और दोनो के बीच काफी बहस हुई। चीजों और भी खराब तब हुई जब जॅानी ने उनके फेस पर मोबाइल फेंक के मारा और उन्हें धक्का दिया। एंबर हर्ड के गंभीर आरोपों में यौन उत्पीड़न के साथ जान से मारने की धमकी भी शामिल है।
